The alumni students of the school also carry these values of Indian culture even when they have passed out. Academic excellence and value-based education are two of the most important criterias on which the school has led its teachings. They predominantly believe that no student can be successful in life if they do not give significance to gaining knowledge and spreading it further in society. Multi-fold development plays a huge role in making a good human being, hence, the school tends to grow its students in all ways.
One of the most unique aspects of this school which is rarely found in others is the rich culture and tradition. About the school
Organizations founded by the educationsists always pave the way ahead for students to future success. Similarly St. Xaviers Sr. Sec School is a school owned and administered by International Christian Education Foundation which is a registered society. The teachings of the educationalists have created a firm foundation of principles for the school. The Chairman and Founder, Mr. Andrew John Gosain has had a teaching association with French and Irish Missionaries spanning over 30 years. This helped the school to build an institution which was independent in moral and cultural values.
Additionally, he had a dream to give to the nation a constructive and prominent role model in the field of education and learning. However it was not easy for them to build an institution which differs from others but after a struggle of over two decades, through the blessings of the Almighty and his selfless, determined commitment, the school today has a total of 3 branches more running successfully in Panchkula, Mohali and Zirakpur. Worldwide Christian schools have shown immense progress in terms of imparting knowledge with different approaches, this school is a bold step towards the proliferation of knowledge, brotherhood, secularism and democratization.
